The easiest way to go from the city center to Mochit Van Station is by taking the MRT Blue Line to Kamphaeng Phet Station (Exit 1). From there you can take a public bus 2-37 (3), 1-36 (26), 2-16 (104), 2-48 (122), 3-47 (136), 3-18 (145), 4-49 (170), or S6 (555), a motorbike, or a taxi, or walk for about 1.8 km.
By BTS
You can also take the BTS Green Line to Mo Chit BTS Station. From there to Mochit New Van Terminal, you can take a public bus 1-56 (517), a motorbike, or a taxi, or you can walk for about 2.1 km.
